• How does this work?

    To use Ruoom Live, click on the live stream or video you would like to watch. Our system accepts both Stripe and PayPal. After that, you're all set! Please note that if you are using PayPal, it may take up to 15 minutes after the transaction to get access to your content.

  • What's the difference between Live Stream & Video On Demand?

    A live stream is a live video, whereas video on demand is a recorded video that's available any time. Occasionally, live streams will be recorded and available for on-demanding viewing at the discretion of the fitness instructor.

  • What is a 'Course'?

    A 'course' is equivalent to a fitness class. On Ruoom Live, this is a single live stream or video on demand class. Courses are categorized under the instructor's name. For example, if Amy is the instructor streaming yoga at 1 PM, you will find her course under the category "Amy," with the title "Ashtanga Yoga | 1 PM."

  • Where can I find all the courses and lessons I've signed up for?

    All courses and lessons you have signed up for (both past and upcoming) can be found on the 'My Dashboard' page of your account.

  • Where do I go to see new content?

    Our homepage will show upcoming live streams and new videos. We are working on implementing a calendar of events to enhance the user experience.

  • Are US sales tax, VAT, and GST charged?

    Our payment system will handle all applicable taxes at checkout.

  • What will I see on my bank statement from this transaction?

    Transactions will come from Ruoom Inc.

  • If I purchase a video on demand, how long do I have access to it?

    After purchasing a video on demand, you will have access to re-watch the video as many times as you like, as long as the video remains available on our site. To re-watch the video, click the "Resume Course" button. Removing a video from our site is a decision made by a fitness instructor.
